The IBDE curriculum is written and maintained by the Canadian Society for Social Development (CSSD), and we have been offering IBDE since 2005. CSSD is a virtual organization with employees working from offices located throughout Canada. We really know the virtual learning environment, and we offer high-quality interactive programs and services. We take great pride in all we do, and we love working with YOU.

With the generous support and collaboration of Selkirk College in Castlegar, BC, we deliver IBDE training to students throughout Canada and beyond. IBDE is taught by qualified and knowledgeable college instructors, who are experts in the fields of web design and development, web graphics, dynamic database design, web marketing, and social media technology.

Our caring and helpful administrative staff offer ongoing additional support, giving you that extra boost you need during your studies.

Selkirk College has accredited the IBDE curriculum, and graduates of both IBDE programs receive a certificate of completion from the college. Selkirk also grants a certificate of course completion to any student who completes a single IBDE Web Advanced course.
